Classes are held at your child's school, daycare, and private classes. Our private individual classes are held at your home where our Certified Youth Fitness instructors will design a personal fitness and nutritional program for your child. You will be surprised at how affordable and healthy this program can be for your family. We have made it affordable for all families and schools to utilize our Program.
Our Goal in Stretch-n-Grow is to provide a top quality early childhood physical education and wellness program through developmentally appropriate physical movement and cognitive lessons in a positive environment. We do this through several components;

- Structured exercise routines to stories and music that engage the children and make it fun
- Lesson plans focusing on topics like nutrition, safety, self-esteem, and anatomy
- Fun activities focused on teamwork and sportsmanship for social & physical development
The Stretch-n-Grow Approach:
Participants have fun while enhancing development for their fundamental motor skills; loco-motor, non-locomotive, manipulative, and weight maneuvering. Children who fail to master skills in these areas between the ages of 2-6 years of age never realize their full potential to perform them. Participants also enhance their physical development of the 6 key fitness components; strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, agility, and coordination abilities.
