The Stretch-n-Grow Approach
Our goal in Stretch-n-Grow is to provide a top quality early childhood physical education and wellness program through developmentally appropriate physical movement and cognitive lessons in a positive environment. We do this through several components;
Structured exercise routines to stories and music that engage the children and make it fun; 
 Lesson plans focusing on topics like nutrition, safety, self-esteem, and anatomy;
Fun activities focused on teamwork and sportsmanship for social & physical development!
 Participants have fun while enhancing development of their fundamental motor skills; locomotor, nonlocomotor, manipulative, and weight maneuvering. Children who fail to master skills in these areas between the ages of 2-6 years of age never realize their full potential to perform them. Participants also enhance their physical development of the 6 key fitness components; strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, agility, and coordination.
